Send a notification on Microsoft Teams when a record is created or Updated or Deleted in D365 CRM using Power Automate

Steps involved in Power Automate:

  1. Select trigger, in my case I used CDS connector (Current Environment) when a record is created, updated or deleted.
  2. Select trigger condition, in my case I used Update.
  3. Select entity name, in my case I used Opportunities.
  4. Select Scope, Organization.

  5. Add new step to flow.

  6. Search Microsoft Teams and select Post a message.

  7. Select Team where you want to post a message.
  8. Select Channel from team where you want to send a notification.
  9. Enter Message in message box.

  10. Click Save and check teams.

Congratulations! You have successfully created the required flow
